Yes, you can put soup in your SHO Sports Bottle.

We recommend cleaning your SHO Sports Bottle immediately after use with soup with either hot soapy water or with a bottle cleaning tablet.

Heat retention of soup can vary greatly based on the temperature of the soup put in the SHO Sports Bottle.

Please use caution when using your Sports Bottle with hot drinks as the liquid comes out fast. We recommend checking the the soup is at a comfortable drinking temperature before using the Chug Lid.
