How Long Does Personalisation Take?

Personalised items are typically completed and dispatched within 7–10 working days.

All items within the same order will be dispatched together. This means that if you order personalised and non-personalised items at the same time, we will wait for the personalised item to be completed before sending your full order.

If you would like your non-personalised items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.
