Please carefully check your order summary before confirming your order as we may not be able to change this after the order has been placed.

This is because we have a very short window before the order is processed and packed ready to be collected by Royal Mail.

If you have confirmed your order and have found a mistake, please get in contact as soon as possible by popping us across an email to support@shoreusable.com along with your order number and the subject heading CANCEL, EDIT or AMEND and we'll try our best to get this changed for you.

Please keep in mind that we receive a high volume of orders & emails throughout the day so we cannot guarantee that we can cancel/change it in time before it has been processed and packed so please select your items carefully.
