Need to return or exchange an item? Not a problem. We offer free UK returns.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable offer you a refund or exchange.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept a return of a product which has been used. To be eligible for a return, your item must be 100% unused, not washed out, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Engraved items, Gift Cards & used items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange
We cannot arrange an exchange for product that is of a higher value than your original order. 


To request your free return, please pop an email across to and, upon approval, a shipping label will be generated for you. A printer will be required for this.


We will process the refund/exchange within 10 working days of receiving your return.

All items are inspected upon receipt. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unused and in the same condition you received them. We will send across an email to confirm once the refund/exchange has been approved and processed.

If the product is found used or in an unsuitable condition, we will be unable to process a refund for you and we will have to send it back to you using the default delivery address on your original order.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to reach your account.
