Returns & Exchanges

Need to return or exchange an item? Not a problem! Please contact us at support@shoreusable.com to arrange your return.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any items that have been used, washed, or are not in a resaleable condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, and must be returned in its original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Engraved or personalised items
  • Gift cards
  • Any used or non-resaleable items

We offer free UK returns on eligible items within our 30-day returns window, provided items are unused and in original condition.

We are unable to offer exchanges where the replacement item is of a higher value than the original order. In these cases, a new order will need to be placed for the additional amount.

Processing Returns

Once your return has been received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 10 working days.

All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. If approved, we will notify you by email once your refund or exchange has been processed.

If an item is returned in a used or unsuitable condition, we will be unable to process a refund and the item may be returned to you at the original delivery address.

If your order included a multi-buy promotion or bundle offer, all items included in that offer must be returned in order to receive a full refund.

If only part of a promotional offer is returned, your refund may be adjusted to reflect the full price of any items kept.

Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to appear in your account once processed, depending on your payment provider.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Extended Christmas Returns

For orders placed between 1st November and 31st December, our extended Christmas returns policy applies.

Please notify us by 10th January if you wish to return any items from this period (unless the standard 30-day return window extends beyond this date, in which case the normal returns policy will apply).

Returns must be received by 31st January, or within the standard 30-day window (whichever is later), to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

All items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
