What Are SHO Office Hours?

We're open 24/7/365 but our staff do require rest sometimes ;)

Our office hours are Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00. 

You can expect a response from our SHO Customer Happiness Officers within 24-48 hours during the week. However, it can take a little longer for a reply during our busier periods.

We are away at the weekends but we'll do our best to get back to you within 48 hours from our return on Monday.
