What Are SHO Office Hours?

We’re technically here for you 24/7/365, but our team does need time to rest too.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00.

You can expect a response from our Customer Care team within 24–48 hours during the working week. During busier periods, response times may be slightly longer.

We are closed over weekends and bank holidays, but we’ll do our best to respond to all weekend and bank holiday enquiries within 48 hours of reopening on the next working day.
