What cannot be engraved on my product?

We’re not able to engrave emojis, symbols, profanity, offensive or explicit language, political slogans or views, or any copyrighted or trademarked phrases.

Orders that do not meet these guidelines may be amended or cancelled.

Can I choose the size or positioning of my engraving?

Due to the design of our products and the engraving process, we are unable to adjust the size, positioning, or layout of personalised text on request.

Engraving is applied in a set position on each product (as shown in our product images), and our team will size the text to best fit the available engraving area.

Why does my engraving look smaller or different to the preview?

The personalisation preview is intended as a guide to show layout and spacing only.

Because of the curvature of the product and engraving limitations, the final result may appear slightly different in size or placement, but will always be positioned in the same area shown on the product page.

Why does the engraving colour look different to the product images?

Engraving removes the top layer of coating to reveal the natural material underneath. Because of this process, the engraving colour will always match the underlying material and cannot be changed.

Will patterns or colours affect how my engraving looks?

On some patterned or multi-coloured designs, the engraving may appear slightly less bold due to the visual background of the product. This is normal and does not affect the quality or durability of the engraving.

How many characters can I include?

We can typically accommodate up to 10 characters per line and up to 5 lines, depending on the design. Our engraving team will adjust the layout to ensure the best possible finish within these limits.

Who completes the engraving?

All personalisation is carried out by a specialist external engraving partner. This allows us to maintain consistent quality and production standards across all personalised items.
