I Haven’t Received My Order Confirmation Email

Once your order has been placed, you should automatically receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.

If you haven’t received it, please check your spam or junk folder first, as emails can occasionally be filtered there.

It’s also worth double-checking the email address entered at checkout, as confirmation emails may not arrive if there was a spelling error.

Please note that it can sometimes take a few minutes for emails to arrive, especially during busy periods, so there’s usually no need to worry if it doesn’t appear immediately.

If you still can’t find your confirmation email, please contact us at support@shoreusable.com and include your delivery postcode and full name. We can use this information to locate your order and resend your confirmation email.
